Mists of Time-Quadrille # 36: Flicker

Mists of Time

Memories flickering in ripples

Thoughts floating nowhere

Harmonious disassociation

Mundane trivialities vanishing

Journey to silent Being

Travelling long, lost road

Seeker of magical moments

Hidden treasures still unknown

Silence of nature’s breath

Touching weary soul

In flick of fleeting moment

Peace find its home

Seeking magical moments does seem to involve silence like a light to find its way home. Nice use of flickering to describe memories.

  7. This poem has a nice effect of quieting the mind. The soul and it’s travel to enlightenment. At some point it’s weariness is met gratefully with the healing of silence enabling peace to find home at last. Beautiful!
