Cee’s Black & White Photo Challenge: Pets

This is Peanut, a Russian Blue.  She’s the dainty beauty in the family.  A lap-cat with a gentle demeanor. If you have a warm lap available, she will find it.  She does have an alternate personality when defending her brother or chasing a cat toy.

Peanut’s brother, Tommy, has very similar features to a Bombay cat.  He’s the aggressive scoundrel of the family.  He loves to start fights with his sister or his cousin, Munchkin.  Tommy is the super curious one; the proverbial example of “curiosity killed the cat.” He has a very playful side and loves being chased by his human. Tommy even seems to think he’s human at times. In his next life, he would like to be a dog and beg for scraps.

Munchkin, a Tortoiseshell cat, is the oddball of our cat family. When Tommy and Peanut snuggle together, she is often left out. However, it’s not much of an issue because her human companion, my daughter,  loves to spoon her.

Fluffy and Sassy. Both in pet heaven.
