Looking Back in Time

Time stands still in a curio shop on Manitoulin Island.

Interesting find at a flea market in Sudbury.

Cash register before technology changed everything.  (Anderson Farm, Lively, Ontario)

When I was six years old, I took piano lessons on one of these.  (Northern Ontario Railroad and Heritage Museum)

Old barn on Manitoulin Island. Wind turbine in the background adds a modern touch.

Olga, I left you a comment over on my blog but just in case you did not see it I am leaving a comment here. I was mistaken about Vitamin D. It is ONLY Calcium postmenopausal women cannot absorb through supplements. We who live in areas where it is grey much of the time, oh my gosh we NEED Vita D! I tried to get it through foods, but failed. I’m now taking Cod Liver Oil which is making a HUGE difference! So sorry about my mistake!!! And I’m just learning how to get enough Calcium through diet ….. challenging when I don’t drink milk!

Thank-you, Amy. Through the years, one collects so many photos that one tends to forget what one has stored away. It was interesting to revisit these and polish them up a bit. 🙂

SO true! I haven’t turned back to look at the “thousands” of pics I have in a very long time. I’ve been so focused at moving forward. And then there is my life … always moving! 😉
