Tuning out the noise
Connecting with the senses
Focusing on breath
Bubble of perception grows
Sea within finds a balance

It’s interesting how synchronicity works. I was working on this theme in my own chaotic way, just putting down random thoughts, and my daughter was watching a documentary on “Intuition.” I was only partially listening, but a few phrases caught my attention. I melded them into my poem–‘bubble of perception’ and ‘sea within.’ Happy that it struck you, Patrick. 🙂

<smile> I love it when the universe pushes me along with an inspiration already in progress. ❤

What a nice thought, that the interior place we rest is a bubble, growing and floating and reflecting light. (K)

Thank-you. It certainly is Kerfe. I was inspired by “Inn Saei”: The Power of Intuition. It’s a documentary on Netflix. 🙂

When I play with photos of nature, it always brings me to a calm spot within. Thank-you, V.J. ❤
