“We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make the world.” (Buddha)
Unspoken words
Escape mind-space
Color thoughts
Intertwine with feelings
Attach to moments
Dancing with inner light
Vibrating with energy
Fulfilling dreams
All in the stillness
Of creative thought
Had to reread this several times, the images kept distracting – and in the end, I love how the two blend together. In stillness, creativity flows ….

Thank-you, V.J. I can see how the images can be distracting, especially the first one. It`s very busy and noisy with implied movement and then slows down with the stillness of the candle. 🙂

I was trying to figure out what it was, and whether or not you had manipulated it, lol. Good job all around.

It was a familiar saying on the wall of my chiropractor`s washroom. Ha ha! Yes, I did manipulate it into the feeling of a mind-space before the stillness.

It is a delightful sensation, to close your eyes and feel the motion. Then open them, and know you’ve been still all along.

It certainly can be a delightful sensation, especially when it involves the creative process. But it can be a very trying experience also, if one is experiencing negative energy. I try to stay on the positive side of life.

<smile> Always look on the bright side of life?
Monty Python reference aside, yes, a positive attitude and a whole lotta love make for a much happier life.

The stillness of creative thought! Such a perfect image. Yes!! Powerful imagery from beginning to end.

Thank-you so much. Creative thought flows in time and space, but appears to be still from the bystander’s point-of-view. 🙂

Stillness can help keep the creative flow going though. I hadn’t thought of it like that before!

For me pauses and stillness help the flow when I’m working on something. 🙂
