Remember when
Life was easy
Losing oneself in dreams
*
Remember when
Joy flowed uninterrupted
Innocent eyes twinkling
*
Remember when
Earth sang in colours
Flirting with senses
*
Remember when
Life was easy
And possibilities
Sent their invitation

V.J.’s theme: Remember https://onewomansquest.org/2020/04/20/v-j-s-weekly-challenge-93-remember/
The remembering is getting more difficult. Your words get right to the heart of this – especially those last 2 lines. The images as well.

Thanks, Andrea. π I find in these days of isolation that I have a tendency to drift more into remembering than usual, but try to catch myself to stay in the moment and enjoy the warming spring weather.

Yes, possibilities seem to narrow when one ages. Thank-you, Andrea. π

You are most welcome. Remembering is also hard these days with everything else going on.

I don’t remember, I don’t recall, I got no memory of anything, anything at all. π€

It was all so innocent in hindsight, but remember too, how stressed we felt over the little things, lol. Oh, those images. So beautiful!

We have to believe those times will return…(k)

For me life wasn’t easier back then. I think people are finding out that they can live with less and in fact, it feels good to do so. I so enjoyed your words, Olga. Thank you. I pray that a better way of life is ahead of us and those who can make a lasting change for the better for our Earth, will do so. The air is so clean right now. The decreased traffic both car and plane is making our world so much more quieter. What a Gift it has been to breathe clean air! I hope times will NOT return to what they were. I hope and pray our lives will get better as Gaia continues to heal. Much love to you! xo

I share your hope that the world and its leaders will take a lesson from this pandemic and a transformation to what’s important for all is a priority and not just what makes more money in certain pockets. Thank-you for sharing your thoughts, Amy π

The more we share these thoughts, perhaps the more people who do not think this way, will begin to. You can’t but help notice the positive changes all around us when we are out in nature.
