Seeking Sanctuary

“In restless dreams I walk alone”

On the edge of nowhere

Yet somewhere

Searching for sanctuary

Pausing to immerse myself

In the quiet waters

I listen deeply

And feel like

I’ve returned home

Listen to the wind,

it talks.

Listen to the silence,

it speaks.

Listen to your heart,

it knows.
