From a Curious Thyme
Taste buds tingle
Decadent, black berry delight

Frozen black berries tantalize the imagination.

I usually don’t photograph food, but decided to try with blackberries frozen in an ice cube. Melting in the hot sun, I had little time to experiment, but I was pleased with the curious results.
By the way, Curious Thyme is the name of the restaurant where the culinary delight was photographed years ago.

Luscious! 🙂

Thank-you, Deborah. Yes, berries can be a very luscious dessert. ❤ My mother use to say that raspberries were a gift from heaven. 🙂

Thanks, V.J. Food photography can be so visually tempting. As they say, we taste with our eyes first. 🙂

It’s a saying a learned from watching culinary masters; that presentation is paramount because one tastes with the eyes first. Thank-you for liking my photos, Punam. 🙂

Thank-you. 🙂 Blackberries are one of my favourites. A cousin to a raspberry, but firmer and lasts longer.
