Flavors of Waiting

Waiting for the rain to stop

Waiting for the right time

Waiting for a sign

Waiting for relief

Waiting for tomorrow

Waiting has many flavors

It can put life on pause

It can be unnerving

It can poison the moment

It can be a friend or your nemesis

It can also invite moments of stillness

Revealing layers of hidden strength

It can open the mind to new possibilities

Infusing light into the darkness of tunnel vision

It can allow gratitude to bloom

While singing a mantra of hopeful expectation

I smile

And wait

So much wisdom in this piece. Do you know waiting is a common dream theme for women?
